Program Description:

Program description:  This trip to New York City exposes Theatre Design and Production students to the professional theatre industry. The trip will be designed around the emphases of the students who register for it, but will include seeing two Broadway shows that are particularly strong in theatre design, visiting the Metropolitan Museum of Art, visiting professional shops such as Parsons-Meares, who build shows for Broadway, and meeting and networking with theatre design and production professionals.  We also will connect with alumni from the program who are working in New York. 3 credits.

Meals/Accommodation: Double rooms at hotel, $50 per day for meals. 

Cost: $1,475. This includes transportation, most meals, subway pass, SU tuition.
