Program Description:
The Summer Arts Leadership Institute is an 11-day intensive program in international and intercultural issues facing future arts leaders. The Institute will take place in Athens and will feature discussions with European cultural leaders, study tours of Athens, a guided overnight tour of Epidaurus and Mycenae, attendance at performances, 4 star accommodations and dining, and even a leadership day at the beach. This program is suitable for those interested in exploring arts management in an international setting and is open to seniors and graduate students in the Conservatory.

Program Cost: $3,500 Cost includes roundtrip airfare, metro passes, accommodation, most meals and 2 SU credits. Cost does not cover personal expenses or visas (if applicable)

Accommodation/Meals:  Lodging will be double-occupancy housing at 4-star hotels. Airfare from either Washington or New York area airports, meals, local travel, accommodations, admissions and tours are included in the cost. 

Visas: No Visa required for US citizens. Other nationalities should verify with the Greek embassy for possible visa requirements. Students must possess a passport that is valid for 6 months after 6/19/22 

COVID-19:  All participants must show proof of full vaccination (including booster) at least 10 days prior to departure.  Negative COVID test required per airline and country requirements at time of travel.
